Yes, the pressure builds on them with each passing day. They will have increased legal expenses with discovery and they will continue to ask themselves if it's better to just pay for a license and not risk paying a higher fee after all the added expense of discovery.
The first one to break will probably cut a better deal with DM. It will not be much longer before one of them breaks from the group. After all, while they have something in common with each other, they certain are not 'friends'. They are competitors.
It is just a matter of time before one of the herd will stray from the pack. 16 cents is just around the corner. And, once we pass it this time we should not ever see it again.
