What technology they may have encroached on remains to be seen but chances are Apple is right in the middle of this. Of course, this is just my opinion, but if NOKIA is an infringer as a cell phone maker with a digital camera inside then I don't see why Apple would be any different. Then there is the line of other flash products Apple has dominated the market with for the past 8 years or so.
