I'd bet they too are on the list...but not nearly as big a player as the aforementioned companies, who dominate in flash products, both on the chip side and retail product side.

Creaf is trading a 2.79 with an EPS = (-0.24) They did not really participate on a level anywhere near Apple, even though they were earlier to market. But they might be worth a couple of million settlement dollars.
