"There is, however, another issue. The issue of the management. If members of the board would devote some of their tlent and time to investigate what does the management do for the welfare of the company and shareholders, it seems to me that the market can take care the issue of the price."

I know of many members including myself who have spent time and money contacting and even visiting the company asking relevant questions. Yesterday you posted some great questions of your own, I suggested you ask the company and share the answers with us. Did you? Are you willing to spend some of your time and talent investigating? I know I would appreciate it.

"This board has spent more than enough time arguing the price and the mm's behavior and the comments of some memebers of the board who raise some unpleasant questions. But can we all agree that the management has engaged in a number of indiscretions that reflect very poorly on them. The present dispute that goes now to trial is one of the gray areas that it shouldn'r have risen should they have been more careful. They were smart by half. What is legal and what is correct often are two different issues."

I know there has been some mistakes made. Would you mind sharing the list of "indiscretions"? What I am aware of was many years ago, are there recent issues in your minds eye?
