Message: Re: A modest suggestion

There is a number of prominent posters who do not see or hear or feel evil. They have dedicated their time and talent to promote the stock, or at least so they think, by praising the merits of the company and product.

There is, however, another issue. The issue of the management. If members of the board would devote some of their tlent and time to investigate what does the management do for the welfare of the company and shareholders, it seems to me that the market can take care the issue of the price.

This board has spent more than enough time arguing the price and the mm's behavior and the comments of some memebers of the board who raise some unpleasant questions. But can we all agree that the management has engaged in a number of indiscretions that reflect very poorly on them. The present dispute that goes now to trial is one of the gray areas that it shouldn'r have risen should they have been more careful. They were smart by half. What is legal and what is correct often are two different issues

The more questions this board asks the management the better off all us will be and may be but may be the management will start to be more careful and more forthcoming.
