Sure I'd love to see EDIG take it to court and be declared the official winner, as part of me would like to see that happen, but that may not be the case. And, even if it is, it opens the door to appeal and then this could go on for another year or two.
Not sure how significant the courts costs are when compared to the settlement numbers being taken in by EDIG on the IP front and whether or not EDIG should just eat their costs just to expedite matters.
The smart business move on both sides, now that the courts have added clarity to the charges, is to make it go away ASAP and get on doing the business of the company....and that goes for both sides, as there is NADA here of substance or significant monetary value, imo.
It would be nice if digecor had to incur our court costs....of course !
We should be enlightened shortly !
