I would add that; Especially, if 445 and 108 are still alive, [see, parts (2) and (3) of the STIPULATIONS between the parties that were adoped by the Court], and the chips turn out to have 445 and 108 all over them, and the issue of the chips having 445 and 108 were NOT ADDRESSED IN THE LAW SUIT SUBJECT OF THE STIPULATIONS...
