Yep - there was a Pacer doc showing it was 'dismissed' or whatever term they used due to the bankruptcy filing. I took it to mean that the case is effectively idled until such time as the bankruptcy is complete - assuming there's anything left after that. Not holding my breath.
Ya, Vivitar is dead. No point really considering them in the context of DM's record as far as I'm concerned. We are 6 for 6 and going for 7 for 7. Vivitar was a false start, or a practice shot if you will. Mention them not.
