I wish I understood the legal part better, as it relates to what EDIG gets down the road with these decisions. Maybe Gill and LL can help me/us get thru this "with and without" language, and explain if this is a victory now, or could be a victory later, with additional actions....

I'm also curious about the many comments should Samsung make an offer to buy EDIG. Heck, @ $10/share, that's about 3 Bln, which is chump change for Samsung, and if they did buy EDIG, regardless of the price, what happens to the 174+ remaining on the claimed infringer list? This part has not been discussed that I recall??
