You know, I recall that for several months you often posted explanations for all of us non-lawyer types how difficult this process would be, how it was anything but a slam-dunk, and how the legal landscape was forever changing in unpredictable ways. Now you seem to be saying that it’s not such a big deal but that DM should already have been done by now. You can’t have it both ways.

As of today, I know that both DM and Pat Nunally remain fully engaged in the process - which is good enough for me. I for one am glad that you’re not heading up e.Digital’s IP monetization efforts.
