Appreciate your imput and I agree that a multiple and/or filing against a major would take longer and in greater detail.

I still wonder about the amount of staff allocated to our cause. Is it minimal until we get the first resolution and then determine the appropriate strategy and manpower requirements, or are they using sufficient resources based on the potential opportunity?

I too, am pleased with the progress, it does take time to complete any patent process, many consume years and without decisions.
