Thanks...was just about to check PACER. Since the language in the last PR was for "a group of companies", I suspect that is the reason for the delay. They are probably planning on filing against this group at the same time, perhaps even on the same day. DM may be ready to go against 90% of their next targets. Like Sinkman says, I would rather they take their time and GET IT RIGHT. Will be very interesting discussion here when we identify who the next group is...might have to call in sick that day. LOL
