e.Digital had the option of walking away after signing and reviewing. Ferguson reviewed the document before signing, he even had Boyer tweak it. Did he review the Patent passage at that point? He saw it, takes ten minutes to look it up.

IMO..after the 5 1/2 month review period..they could have called him on it, and that would have been it. They did not because he agreed to bring 250k to the table. If someone is going to hand me that, and I know they presented un truths in an agreement they authored, I'm not going to correct them.

Your concern is the prior signing...my concern is the review after signing and the decision to play it out.
