Reading your post here and also reading that Boyer was ( is? ) an EDIG stockholder the thought comes to my mind, " Just what stock did any of these people own and when and why and when did they sell or buy or sell again ? " So Boyer sold his APS, then just when did he sell his EDIG?  Is he still listed as a shareholder? If not, then when did he drop off the list?  I assume he is not now an EDIG shareholder.  I just read this article, so maybe I am a bit questioning at the moment about what to believe anymore. Does anyone believe in anything besides helping themselves first at any cost to others?
