Don't get me wrong....I am NOT turning to the dark side nor am I becoming a "Dinkie doo Junior" I spent a good part of last evening reading and trying to absorb as much as I could of Document 96.

The part that struck me the most was the subject area of EDig sigining a 7 year, THAT'S 7 YEARS, alleged NDA. based on Boyer's statement that he had a  Patent Pending device which fooled Ferguson into immediately "signing up"

My first reply to Boyer would have been "lets see it". It's patent pending, you are covered. It doesn't make any difference now if we at EDig know what it is.

But no-one did and now we have a problem. I am sure it will turn in our favor but ....geeeez......Boyer brought nothing to the table except an old idea already out in IFE land and we sign ourselves into this??????  Wow....
