Reminds me of a story from Oct 2001, right after the terror attacks.

A guy was in the Winnipeg airport when a gent of middle eastern decent got up and walked away from a bag.  The fellow looked in it, and saw it stuffed full of money.  He ran after the guy, and gave him his $.  The man was wanting to give a reward, but the good samaritan refused.  The arab gent quietly whispered, "then let me give you some valuable advice... stay clear of Regina"

"Why, is there a terrorist attack being planned?"

No... because it's a sh**hole!"
