Paul Tiger, Will start looking at Daytona and St Augustine area. it does not get as hot as the southern parts and they claim there is a constant or fairly constant 10-15 mph breeze off the ocean. The breeze keeps them cooler in summer and warmer in the winter. Yes I am thinking snowbird also for me. Really need KXL to do its part to make this happen in style, either that or a trailer house.
