Traveled Peru stem to stern, boarded different flights 14 times. Did the jungle, subtropical, canyons, oceanside and the mountains. Did the tourist traps and the small off the beaten path places. It is a great country and very cheap compared to what were use to. The dollar is three to one. Building lots are pricey but to do the actual bldng is cheap. Fell in love with Arequipa the 2cnd largest city. Beautifull weather and looks out at 3 volcano peaks all snow pack on the tops. My only problem was I was sick most the time. Never drank the water and still got sick and I have still been sick here at home. I have a lot of stomach problems anyway and I think the different food has messed with me. I loved it there but am not convinced I should have a home there.

Think I will look into Florida next. Their properties have been beaten down a bit. Have been back a week or so but did not have anything positive to say, so I stayed off the board. Will say this I was not a seller when it was close to $5 so I sure as hell wont be a seller now. This stock will soar sooner than we are thinkng. Hell, Golman Sacks just raised their price target for gold to average $925 for 2008. Thats pretty bullish for them. Chau!
