As you said ,you haven't seen KXL's trading rules. All we really know is that they often have blackouts ,sometimes for extended periods and err on the side of caution. What this means is that insiders are often in possession of potentially material information. I can live with that. I do not buy the notion that "most insiders feel they are sufficiently invested in KXL ". Some insiders have millions of shares while I have more shares than the VP of Exploration! Hard to imagine that he wouldn't like to have more.

As I said before , if he didn't want more @ .50, then I am truly worried! Rico
