Well... we do know that:

1) They have been drilling like crazy and there are mulitple zones and assays to report. Based on field reports from those who have toured the site last year there is a lot of optimism from the field workers and great anticipation for results.

2) There are at least 8 majors who have signed confidentiality agreements which include a restriction on buying shares in public. At least this is my understanding as of October 2008.

3) They are finding good grades over a huge areas which indicates a huge geological event which will likely have at least one area with very high grades with tonnage.

I think there is so much internal news at KXL from all their drilling that insiders are in a perputual black out period. There really hasn't been any substantive insider buying since late in 2007 - only a few low volume trades from marketing personnel cashing in options etc.
