Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
I asked Brian if there was currently a trading blackout for insider trading at kxl.
He answered that he was not able to answer the question. He said that if insideres are in possession of material undisclosed information then insider trades are prohibited. He said that management prefers to err on the side of caution so blackouts are often in place and often for long periods. If he were to say that a blackout is currently in place then that could be considered " tipping " which the security regulators would not like.
My information tells me that there have been no insider trades since Aug 19/08 when Michael Phelps bought 10,000 shares @ 1.38 to hold 1,544,000 shares. The fact that there have been no further trades certainly makes me wonder what is going on!! Rico
