I don't think I am getting what you mean, Cedar. My question is if there was something major such a Barrick looking to buy the GM (not in the cards yet IMO, just using it as an example), is there any way insiders could buy more KXL knowing that release of such info would dramatically boost the SP? I would think that kind of info would stop all insider trading for some time.

Kind of expected a pull back today. Ah well, the direction over the last month or so is positive. About a 10% gain over last two days... extrapolate that over a yr... would be nice!
