IW- it is not the environmentalists who are the huxters here. There are no credible climate scientists who think that global warming is not happening. None. Almost all of them are convinced that the rapidly warming planet is doing so because of humans liberating sequestered carbon from millions of years-old deposits in a short couple of hundred years.

The only people who are trying to perpetuate the sham are the fossil-fuel plutocrats, and the people who are too myopically greedy or resistant to changing their behavior to want to see the truth.
