No, you go again (assuming you have already gone). I know what heavy industrial sites

look like. I love the huge cranes, smoke stacks, gigantic trucks and the paychecks they

produce (having been involved in heavy construction for many years). To some, it isn't

pretty. I respect that.

The reclaiming has begun out there and if Mother Nature deemed it appropriate to have

the Athabasca river running through tar sands by design, I'm sure she doesn't mind if we

dig it up and use it. Not a perfect system just yet, but the sky isn't falling and carbon

dioxide as I read in an article last week may indeed speed up the reclaimation process.

We have the technology to solve a lot of these problems. Ever optimistic!
