I was wrong when I said I didn't think there were specific rules that address the situation when talks are under way. I apologise for the misinformation.

I found item 11.3 particularily interesting:

" The exchange discourages any delays in disclosure for a lenghty period of time, since it is unlikely that confidentiality can be maintained beyond the short term".

Also item11.6

"persons in possession of such undisclosed Material Information are prohibited from purchasing or selling securities"

Have we seen any buying or selling by teh BOD lately????
