It may well be that in addition to having a significant, though relatively small, stake in the RoF area up front, Cliff's may well enjoy being part of a Consortium in Developing one or more of the presently known (and corporately related future Finds) Cr Deposits. This would assure them of a portion of the Ore from any such Deposit Development, AND it would limit their Financial Commitment in just such Development Costs. Sharing the Burden. Lowering the Financial dedication.

And if a Comsortium looks to not be in the cards, Cliffs will be able to make their Own Bid knowing they already have a significant proportion of the Eventual Winning Bid backed by Very Low initial entry Costs with their Shares in KWG. Even if they do not win the Eventual Final Bid, they (Cliff's) will profit from their current Very Low Purchase Cost in getting into KWG in a very significant way at this early stage.

Thus, think of the Planning the much larger Majors can (and should) be up to as we wait, seeing as Cliff's can see their way to taking the action(s) we can currently see?
