As a follow-up, please explain to this board why you, a lawyer, were not aware of the cases cited by PTSC counsel. Please explain why you would spend thousands of dollars trying to do something that you should have known was doomed form the start. Or try to tell us why it was not doomed from the start. I'd love to hear that. Cuz you know what. I'll take that to a law class and see what conclusion they come up with for a case study. Then we can see who the foolish one is here.
