As to whether I just grabbed the wrong word or am unable to grasp the meaning of something... well, we both know what actually happened, you just won't admit it.

As far as comprehension problems, who is it that is trained in the legal profession, yet filed a suit that was quickly thrown out on a basis that any second year law student would have recognized, spent thousands of dollars doing so according to what I was told, and then cried how he was "fought tooth and nail" by PTSC. It was standard stuff. You could have run the suit past any number of law students and they could have predicted the outcome. And yet you proceeded with it.

And you say I have problems with complex issues??? You obviously have problems with very basic legal issues.
