Seems like such a simple solution for the BOD to alleviate one aspect of shareholders disgust with the company. Buy some shares !!! If I was a director I would purchase some at least to give the impression we are on the same team. This seems like a no brainer, but hey, common sense is a diminishing resource and might not be available to them.
