Of course there is a chance you are right, however it is possible to be a target without being named.
Consider the choice of infringing products. They are not all from the same company nor are they all the same type of electronic gizmo. Hence each one must be separately proved to infringe. There is no logic to 13 separate investigations to contend with and document infringement in each case.....unless the infringement is common amongst all of them. Then you only need to prove one type of infringement because of the commonality.
All the devices are wireless gizmos. High speed wireless connectivity is Qualcomm's strength. Discovery involves Qualcomm.
I could be wrong. I simply point to what the signs indicate.
