A Patent Licensing company that is not allowed to announce when they finally sell a license? Being silent when we finally have something to brag about doesn't make much sense to me. How does Cliff think we will ever entice new investors if we are not allowed to pr news such as this?

I agree with Brian. With PTSC at 8 cents or so I would of told Oracle and yes Papa Lecky also to take their silence terms and **** **, and we would see them in court.

Heck, I would of even issued a news release at that point and told the investing world, "that we failed to issue a license for our technology to Oracle as they would not allow Patriot a publicly held company to announce that Oracle had purchased a license for our MMP. In so demanding silence we feel that our shareholders for the sake of their investment in our companies stock deserve such transparency. So as our right we will seek a higher value license through the courts".

That alone may have been worth a few cents per share bounce for a few days and maybe Cliff showing he would not be intimidated from being transparent to his shareholders could have earned himself a bigger Christmas bonus. Of course this sentence was written as a joke.
