PTSC has taken the position that the signing of licenses are NOT material events because they are the result of the ordinary course of business for an IP licensing company, and therefor, are not required to be 8Ked; nor does our company policy require that they even need to voluntarily announce licenses in PRs or on the company website.

Reading the statement by SGE, it's clearly apparent that the Oracle mention on the website was a gratitutious gimmie for the benefit of Shareholders; ... Cliff must have really twisted Oracle's arm to get that concession. LOL.

Do you think the deal would have been called off if PTSC insisted on issuing a basic PR ? I mean, Really ???? lol
