Some here have indicated that Moore would just go around beat the bushes and offer an MMP license at lower prices than whatever PTSC is offering.

Beware of approaching these companies asking for any amount of money. Even if you ask for chump change, you better be prepared to do legal battle. And IMHO, companies would prefer to battle Moore in court than PTSC. So Moore needs to make offers these companies can't refuse. How much would that be? Opty
