How do you know Cisco wouldn't love to have this behind them for $2.5M.. or $1M.. when HP paid $31M I believe... My point being is Moore could potentially sell licenses for so little that the attornies for these infringing firms (they know the patents are stronger now) would just say pay it... be done with it... this is so cheap it's a no brainer. Obviously dozens of infringers have already ponied up licensing fees without any litigation (probably because they were so cheap). Perhaps my choice of Cisco as an example wasn't the best.. but it was the potential licensing fee debacle I was attempting to portray..
