Considering the filings, PR's and essentially every other document we seem to read these days all reference TPL as co-owner with PTSC of the patents, and never mention Moore other than as co-inventor, it seems TPL owns half and we own half.
It was stated again in the Pacer Wolf posted:
"Defendants Technology Properties Limited (“TPL”) and Patriot Scientific Corp. (collectively “Defendants”)1 own the patents in this litigation"
Hard to believe in Moore's challenge if this is the accepted status in court filings. PTSC seems to take no exception to this either. Am I reading this wrong?
Can TPL claim ownership in filings if they are just a liscensing agent? Intuitively, that seems wrong, but I'd defer to any legal minds here who can render a legitimate opinion. Thanks.
