No legal beagle here....but after numerous glimpses of the personality of Mr. Moore....it certainly seems plausible that he could have been easily swindled by Leckrone.I believe he made reference to the fact, in his blog, that what he signed was misrepresented to him and his intent was not to transfer ownership. We shall see. good luck
