One has to wonder about the lack of integrity shown by past CEO's and the Leckrones. Sure would like to see them do time in jail or in hell. Or both.

But you are so right in pointing to the BoD's being unwilling to recognize their weakness and for the betterment of the team, resign. We are only as strong as our weakest link and because of them, we are very weak. Not only weak but apparently corrupt, greedy, slimey.
