I hear what you are saying and the solution is fairly simple:
Find one or more nominees who are prepared to stand for election, name them with their respective cv, ask for them to be included in the next proxy.
Shareholder who are in agreement can then contact PTSC to indicate such.
But please bear the following in mind before embarking on such an exercise:
requiring the nominating shareholder to agree to indemnify the company for any loss resulting from false or misleading statements made by the shareholder in connection with its nomination of director(s)

Perhaps you can now understand my outright refusal to support any nominee proposals based on the allegations circulating, but more importantly why none of those making those allegations have done anything.
