One point you forgot to make about German Patent infringement. They do not mess around with inforcing infringement. Willful infringement can be punished by as much as 3-5 years imprisionment and fines and confication of all infringing stock.

I know it is like beating a dead dog by now, but PTSC is told by TPL not to make public statements while litigation is on going. It's one of the contributing factors as to why we are at .12 pps. It is frustrating but it's a fact none the less.

Things when they begin to happen in Germany will be swift.
