It will be interesting to see two thing:

1) Do we see a German license in the next few weeks?

2) If so, does Alliacense include their original language referring to supply chain disruption? The difference being this time they could reference the German ruling and be more specific in regards to supply chain threats. It will put a lot more weight into this ruling once I see Alliacense start publicly using it as a baton.
