I don't see the harm in RG saying in a very general sense that, as a result of the court's decision in Germany, Alliasence's European representatives are now in a position to begin negotiating licensing contracts with companies in Germany

If Alliacense want to make an announcement, so be it, but until they do PTSC's can't.
