We all know who is running PTSC and we all do know that the MMP is being run by TPL. If anyone thinks the MMP is being run by PTSC they're fooling themselves. When it comes to the MMP RG must follow TPL's lead as TPL is the in charge of the MMP licensing effort. RG is reporting on what he has control over and that is not the MMP period. Hopefully people will finally get this.
