I guess I should pose the question in different ways (though this in contingent on my perception that NuPower has already licensed their IP to certain OEM customers):

What can Alliacense do for NuPower that they haven't already done without the aid of Alliacense?

Are there other resources out there that could perform everything Alliacense can perform (and possibly with better terms)?

Again, IMO, in no way is it a "slam dunk" that TPL/Alliacense will ever be involved.
