From the PR:

"Tabaian further said, “We have been able to substantiate much of the IP through initial silicon validation, with several devices in volume production through original equipment manufacturer customers."

This, to me, very strongly suggests licensing to those OEMs. If not, those OEMs would not be "customers".

Is a "customer" (licensee) inherently a "strategic partner"? Wouldn't PTSC be a "strategic partner", but not a "customer"?
