Why not S/L? While there are some others that could provide this early liquidity, filings continually show S/L divesting. IMO it won't be til .60-.80's that other retail holders are happy to sell and get their investment money back.
Somewhere in that range, I would think market cap valuations will come into play. If #s are not released and settlement is more or less swept under the rug for months...how high can we go? I think it will be harder to run than the one to 2.25. This time without divi. news and speculation of ongoing royalties.
Probably my number one reason for wanting a win in court, beside the treble damage possibility, was so that we could be on front page of MSN, Yahoo and other major media outlets with the David vs. Goliath story.
TMTA just did it without a court win and maybe they are not the best comparison, but as close as I've found. 150mil. now, 20 mil. per yr. for next 5 yrs. and their market cap increased by $97.5 mil. They got one big day plus a .02 gain the next and have since been red. As of last night their market cap was $127.5 mil. Ours was $176mil.
