To be a little more clear on my earlier reply, in a prior (ignorant) opine on this, I suggested the "multiple instruction fetch" patent had to do with a capaibilty - not an operational requirement (i.e., the capability "steps forward" based on system demands).  But this added observation offers another counter to the defendants' agrument.

Hopefully all this "analysis" will be ended soon by a ruling.  Gosh, lucky us, as we'll then have something else to analyze to death and agonize over! LOL 

Hopefully a ruling will prompt an immediate motion for SJ, quickly followed by a big fat settlement, and we can get the rest of the show on the road!  This feeling of anxiousness that's constantly shadowing me is wearing me out!
