for making this available to us. Like another poster mentioned, I looked mostly at the exchanges betwen Judge Ward and the attorneys. If Judge Ward appeared less informed than he should have been (re: Fujitsu no longer in the litigation), I would be willing to bet he's crazy like a fox. His comments, as transcribed, reveal a man of great intelligence, common sense and integrity. He does not strike me as a man given to imperious, Fogelesque shows of power. I always hate it when I hear this, so I'll say it instead: I sure hope he rules in our favor, but after having read the Markman transcript, I know that I can respect his decision no matter what.
