We all appreciate your input. Would you be so kind as to read the last paragraph of page 78 and then Judge Ward's comments on page 79 of the MH Transcript in regard to the "varying together" analysis and give me your opinion after reading these sections.

I agree with greeneyes in that Judge Ward does see this "claim" the same way Mr. Cook does. And I agree with you, in that at times Judge Ward "is" playing devils advocate. Just hate it when he does that! lol lol
