Good work and thanks for sharing.  One point for you (and your friend's) consideration re: injunction/competing products:  17 other companies have settled, and some undoubtedly have competing products. Is it "fair" for those companies that have settled (for competitive advantage in the long run) to suffer competition from some entities that haven't settled and continue to infringe? 

Going a step further, IF an entity that had settled were paying us royalties on future sales, would PTSC not be indirectly "damaged" by competition from an infringer? (i.e., our licensee faces greater competition from a probable lesser cost-to-produce product, decreasing sales, and therefore decreasing the royalties PTSC would otherwise earn). This may be moot, since to date we aren't receiving ongoing royalties from any licensees. But might it be considered?
