Also re injunction.. I have noticed in recent PRs that Pohl is specifically stating that:

Patriot Scientific invested millions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of man-hours over 12 years or more developing and bringing to market products based upon the company's intellectual property, including IP contained in the MMP Portfolio.

So...  It is not like PTSC never tried to market and sell product.  I find it interesting that this language is now being included in MMP PRs.
